How do we get started?
We will meet online or talk over the phone for a consultation so that we can go over any questions and make sure that my working style aligns with your goals.
How long are sessions and how frequent will we meet?
Individual & Group Therapy sessions start at 50 minutes; clients typically come to sessions once per week to begin.
Somatic Experiencing® sessions start at 75 minutes; clients typically come to sessions once per week to begin.
What is the cost per session?
- $165/session for Individual Therapy
- $XXXXXXXX/session for Group Therapy
- $200/session for Somatic Experiencing®
- Payment is due at the end of each session
- Sliding scale rates may be available based on current availability and financial hardship
- All major credit cards are accepted
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let me know about cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Are sessions conducted online or in-person?
- I offer both in-person and online therapy for the Austin area.
- My office is located at: 4101 Medical Parkway #203, Austin, TX 78756
- I provide “Walk and Talk” sessions for clients interested in outdoor sessions
- I provide online therapy for all of Texas
What can I expect during our first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy at this time. There will be time to discuss the therapeutic process, reflect on your relational and familial background, and explore your treatment goals.
Do you take insurance?
- I am in-network with Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, and United.
- I can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement through Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
